We aim to dispatch orders within 5-7 working days. Please note that this is the dispatch timeframe and not delivery within 5-7 working days. If for any reason we are unable to achieve this time frame we will endeavour to contact you and you will be offered an alternative product or a full refund.
If we receive no communication from you within 24 hours of delivery, regarding any problems with the goods, you are deemed to have received the goods in satisfactory condition and with no problems. If you have qualified for free delivery your order will be sent either 1st or 2nd class Royal Mail so please do take this into account for for your expected delivery date. Royal mail can sometimes take 5 days to deliver items but they are usually delivered next day. If you have requested that your order be treated as 'urgent' it will still be sent by royal mail unless you choose to pay £8 for courier delivery. We do our best to crete your orders as quickly as possible but please bear in mind that engravings are paint filled and polished by hand which takes time and attention to do.

All prices shown on our website are in UK pound sterling(GBP); VAT at 20% and delivery charges are added and clearly shown in the shopping basket before you submit your order and proceed with payment.

All orders are dispatched by Royal Mail, DPD couriers or UK Mail Couriers and the charges are:

UK Mainland £8.00 + VAT

UK Offshore, Channel Islands & Highlands £18.00 + VAT

Eire and Dublin, Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg & Netherlands £20.00 + VAT

Some locations/postcodes may cost more than the above prices.

Deliveries outside the UK will be charged according to destination, please contact us for a quote and delivery time.


We will aim to despatch (please note 'despatch' not 'deliver') the orders within 5 –7 working days (Monday – Friday are working days) of placing the order or on approval of proof/artwork. Please call to inform us if you have a specific delivery date requirement. You can also put requirements in the 'special instructions' box on your order. Please do get in touch regarding 'urgent' and 'time sensitive' orders.

We will deliver your order to the address entered at the time of the order.  If any of the delivery details you have entered are incorrect, you will be liable for a redelivery charge.  You may specify a delivery address which is different from your billing address. 


Please provide an email address or mobile phone number so the couriers can notify you by email or text; this will allow you to track your parcel whilst in transit.

A signature will be required by the courier; please ensure someone will be available to sign for the parcel. Couriers do not deliver on Bank holidays or any other public holiday and in this case the delivery will be the following working day.  Normal working week is Monday to Friday; no deliveries will be made at weekends.


Please note: No orders will be despatched over the Christmas holidays or weekends. Our working days are strictly Monday-Friday (inclusive).


Please note: we will not be held responsible for any late deliveries if delays occur due to causes beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation: courier transport breakdown, misplaced parcel/failure to deliver, fire, industrial dispute/strike and severe weather conditions.
